Shared inquiry
Reading, discussion, and working materials for people who want to take ideas seriously without requiring professional credentials.
Independent public-interest collaboration
The Society for AI Collaboration Studies supports careful collaboration around paradigm integration in consciousness-first science. The work begins with questions, shared study, and the discipline of making distinctions visible.
Explore the purposePurpose
AI work is often divided into separate technical, philosophical, scientific, and human questions. The Society for AI Collaboration Studies creates room for amateur collaborators to study where those questions meet without requiring that one vocabulary erase the others.
The organization’s public purpose is educational and collaborative: to convene careful discussion, develop accessible materials, and make it easier for people to compare paradigms without confusing a working hypothesis with an established result.
How we work
Three commitments guide the Society’s public work.
Reading, discussion, and working materials for people who want to take ideas seriously without requiring professional credentials.
Separating observation, hypothesis, interpretation, and open question so that disagreement can remain intelligible.
Treating participants, sources, and disagreement with care; no harassment, discrimination, or political-party control.
Participation
Membership-registration information will be announced here when the participation process is ready. The initial public site states the Society’s purpose, provides a stable point of contact, and establishes the organization’s active public presence.

Naming
The acronym “SACS” is indefinitely deprecated and is not used by the organization. It is retired on account of its association with alleged misuse and its prior association with other uses of the same acronym.
The organization writes its name in full: The Society for AI Collaboration Studies. The leading definite article is a preference rather than a strict requirement, so the name may also appear without it where a sentence reads more naturally that way.
Where the full name would be unwieldy, a shorter reference such as “the Society” is used instead.
